A substantial recessed profile for integrated LED lighting
The XT2626 is designed for projects where LED lighting needs to be integrated directly into a surface, creating a clean and considered finish. With its 26 × 26mm aluminium profile, this is a substantial recessed extrusion that provides a dedicated housing for LED strip lighting while allowing the profile itself to become part of the surrounding architecture.
Its square, structured form gives the XT2626 a strong presence during installation, while the recessed design helps create a finished result where the lighting feels built into the surface rather than simply mounted onto it.

Built For Creative Lighting Projects
Designed to be recessed into surfaces
The XT2626 has been specifically designed for recessed installation, allowing it to be incorporated into a suitable surface for a neat, integrated appearance.
Inside the profile is an 11.8mm lighting source width, providing space for compatible LED strip lighting. Once the LED strip and cover are installed, the extrusion creates a defined linear lighting channel that can be used either as an independent lighting source or as part of a wider lighting design.
With its 26mm × 26mm dimensions, the XT2626 offers a deeper, more substantial profile for applications where a larger recessed extrusion is appropriate.
Choose the cover to create the right finish
The XT2626 uses a polycarbonate cover measuring 17.8 × 5.2mm, with Diffused, Transparent and Opal options available.
Having a choice of covers allows the appearance of the finished lighting installation to be tailored to the project. A transparent cover provides a more direct appearance, while diffused or opal options can give the profile a softer visual finish.
The cover sits within the aluminium extrusion to complete the lighting channel, helping maintain the clean linear appearance that makes recessed LED profiles so effective in architectural applications.
Black, Silver or White
The XT2626 is available in Black, Silver and White, providing flexibility when matching the profile to the surrounding surface and interior design.
Black can create a more defined contrast, while silver offers a classic aluminium appearance. White provides a more understated option where the extrusion needs to blend into a lighter design.
The aluminium profile is available with an anodised or painted surface, giving you further choice when specifying the finish for your project.
