A substantial recessed profile for integrated linear lighting
The XT3020 is designed for projects where LED lighting needs to be incorporated directly into a surface, creating a clean and considered finish. With its 34.2 × 28mm aluminium profile, this is a more substantial recessed extrusion that provides a generous channel for LED strip lighting while allowing the profile to become part of the surrounding architecture.
Its deeper construction gives the XT3020 a strong, structured appearance, making it a practical option for installations where a larger recessed profile is required without compromising the clean look of integrated linear lighting.

Designed to sit neatly within the surface
The XT3020 has been specifically designed for recessed installation, allowing the extrusion to be incorporated into a suitable surface rather than simply mounted on top of it.
The profile provides a 19mm lighting source width, giving compatible LED strip lighting a generous space within the aluminium channel. With overall dimensions of 34.2 × 28mm, the XT3020 offers a substantial profile for projects where the lighting needs a more prominent recessed housing.
Choose the cover to suit your design
The XT3020 uses a polycarbonate cover measuring 19.2 × 5.5mm, with Diffused, Transparent and Opal options available.
This gives you flexibility over the appearance of the finished profile. A transparent cover offers a more direct visual appearance, while diffused or opal options provide alternative finishes for the visible face of the lighting.
Made to the length your project requires
The XT3020 can be supplied in lengths between 0.5m and 3m, with custom lengths between these sizes fully achievable.
This allows the extrusion to be specified around the requirements of the installation, whether you're creating a shorter recessed lighting feature or a longer linear run.
