Slim, flexible lighting that can follow your design
The XT1806 is a slim aluminium LED extrusion designed for surface mounting, with the added flexibility of being able to bend in all directions. Measuring just 18 × 5.7mm, it provides a compact solution for projects where linear LED lighting needs to follow curves, shapes or changing directions rather than being restricted to a straight line.
Its low-profile design keeps the extrusion discreet, while its flexible construction opens up more creative possibilities for integrated linear lighting.

Designed for surface mounting
The XT1806 has been specifically designed for surface-mounted installation, making it suitable for applications where the profile needs to sit directly against the surface rather than being recessed.
With an overall size of 18 × 5.7mm, the extrusion has a slim, understated appearance. The 13mm lighting source width provides a dedicated space for compatible LED lighting, while the aluminium body creates a neat housing around the light source.
This makes the XT1806 a practical choice when you want the convenience of surface mounting without using a large or visually heavy profile.
Bend it to follow your design
One of the standout features of the XT1806 is its ability to bend in all directions.
This gives you considerably more freedom when designing linear lighting around curved or irregular surfaces. Instead of being limited to straight runs, the profile can follow the shape of the installation, opening up possibilities for more fluid and creative lighting designs.

A slim profile with a choice of covers
The XT1806 uses a polycarbonate cover measuring 15.1 × 4.7mm, with Diffused and Transparent options available.
This provides flexibility when deciding how the finished lighting feature should look. The different cover options allow you to select an appearance that complements the overall design while keeping the LED source neatly enclosed within the profile.
The cover follows the slim form of the extrusion, helping maintain its discreet appearance once installed.
