All X-Trusion Profiles can be used as independent lighting sources for practical projects, or to complement lighting designs. We offer any length of Extrusion between 0.5M and 3M meaning that custom lengths between these sizes are fully achievable.

A distinctive arched profile for suspended linear lighting
The XT2025 is designed for hanging installation, offering a distinctive solution for suspended linear LED lighting. Measuring 20 × 24.6mm, this aluminium extrusion features a rounded, arched upper profile that gives the finished lighting feature a clean and recognisable appearance.
With a generous 16mm lighting source width, the XT2025 provides a dedicated space for compatible LED lighting while keeping the light source neatly integrated within the profile.

Designed for hanging installation
The XT2025 has been developed specifically for pendant installation, allowing the profile to be suspended within a space as part of a wider lighting design.
Its 20mm width and 24.6mm height create a compact but substantial form, while the curved upper section gives the profile a softer appearance than a conventional rectangular extrusion.
This makes the XT2025 particularly suited to installations where the profile itself remains visible and contributes to the overall look of the lighting feature.
A curved design with a generous lighting channel
The XT2025 features a distinctive rounded upper section, creating an almost arched appearance when viewed from the side.
Inside, the profile provides a 16mm lighting source width, giving compatible LED lighting a dedicated channel within the aluminium housing.
The combination of the curved exterior and integrated lighting channel makes the XT2025 an interesting alternative to more conventional linear extrusion designs.
Choose the cover to suit your lighting design
The XT2025 uses a polycarbonate cover measuring 20 × 24.6 × 2mm, with Diffused, Transparent and Opal options available.
These options give you flexibility when selecting the appearance of the finished lighting feature. The cover completes the curved profile while enclosing the lighting channel within the extrusion.
Whether you're looking for a more defined appearance or a softer finish, the available cover options allow the profile to be specified to suit the design.
