With up to 600W of output power, dual-mode constant voltage and constant current operation, and a rugged fanless design, it’s built to handle demanding indoor and outdoor lighting applications.

With output options from 12V to 54V, flexible dimming and remote control options, IP65/IP67 protection and a wide operating temperature range, the HLG-600H gives you the power and flexibility to build lighting systems that perform reliably — even in challenging environments.

Its dual-mode design allows it to operate in either constant current mode for direct LED driving or constant voltage mode, giving you greater flexibility when designing your lighting system.

The HLG-600H is designed to keep performing when conditions get demanding.

Its rugged metal housing, IP67/IP65 protection, and fanless construction make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. It can operate with a case temperature from -40°C to +90°C under free-air convection, helping it handle challenging operating environments.

Want more control over your lighting? Selected HLG-600H versions offer 3-in-1 dimming, supporting:

  • 0–10V DC
  • 10V PWM
  • Resistance

The constant-current output level can be adjusted through these dimming methods, while selected versions feature built-in potentiometers for adjusting output voltage and current.

The HLG-600H also includes remote ON/OFF control, plus a 5V standby output on the specified versions, giving system designers additional control and integration options.

The HLG-600H combines serious output power with impressive efficiency, reaching up to 96% efficiency in field applications.

And because there's no fan inside, there's no fan noise or moving cooling parts to worry about. Heat is managed through the driver's rugged design and free-air convection.

The HLG-600H comes equipped with built-in protection features designed to help safeguard both the driver and connected LED system.

Protection includes:

  • Over-current protection
  • Over-voltage protection
  • Over-temperature protection
  • Short-circuit protection

The driver uses constant-current limiting for over-current and short-circuit conditions, with automatic recovery after the fault condition is removed. Over-voltage and over-temperature protection shut down the output and require re-powering to recover.

LED installations are often expected to run for years, so reliability matters.

The HLG-600H has a typical life expectancy of more than 62,000 hours when the specified case-temperature conditions are met, and comes with a 7-year warranty.
