Compact power. More flexibility. Built for reliable LED lighting.

Looking for a dependable LED driver without adding unnecessary bulk? The MEAN WELL ELG-75 series packs up to 75W of LED power into a compact, rugged package, with dual-mode constant voltage and constant current operation.

With multiple output voltage options from 12V to 48V, high efficiency, fanless operation and IP65/IP67 protection, the ELG-75 is ready for everything from architectural and bay lighting to outdoor applications where reliability matters.

The ELG-75 series gives you up to 75W of output power, with models available in 12V, 24V, 36V, 42V and 48V versions.

Its dual-mode design allows it to operate in either constant current mode for direct LED driving or constant voltage mode, giving you flexibility when matching the driver to your LED system.

Depending on the model, rated output power ranges from 60W to 76.8W, giving you a choice of configurations to suit different LED loads.

Don't let the compact size fool you. The ELG-75 is designed for demanding environments.

Its rugged metal housing, IP67/IP65 protection and fanless construction make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. It can operate with a case temperature from -40°C to +85°C under the specified conditions, helping it cope with challenging environments.

Want more control over your lighting? Selected ELG-75 versions offer 3-in-1 dimming, supporting:

  • 0–10V DC
  • 10V PWM
  • Resistance

Selected A/AB-Type versions also allow the output voltage and current to be adjusted using a built-in potentiometer, giving you another way to fine-tune your installation.

And if you're looking for smarter lighting control, selected versions support DALI control or Smart Timer dimming, opening up even more possibilities for automated lighting systems.

The ELG-75 can do more than simply turn the lights on.

Selected Dxx-Type versions feature Smart Timer dimming, allowing the constant-current output level to follow a programmed profile over up to 14 consecutive hours.

That makes it particularly useful for applications where lighting levels need to change throughout the night — including residential, street and tunnel lighting.

The ELG-75 keeps things efficient, reaching up to 90% efficiency in field applications.

And because there's no fan inside, there are no moving cooling parts to worry about. Heat is managed through the driver's design and free-air convection.

The series also features active power-factor correction, helping it deliver cleaner and more efficient operation.

The ELG-75 comes equipped with built-in protection features designed to help safeguard both the driver and connected LED system.

Protection includes:

  • Over-current protection
  • Over-voltage protection
  • Short-circuit protection

Over-current protection uses constant-current limiting and automatically recovers once the fault condition is removed, while short-circuit protection operates in hiccup mode and also recovers automatically.
