When you need reliable 100W power in a compact package, the MEAN WELL RSP-100 delivers. This single-output AC/DC power supply combines active power-factor correction, adjustable output voltage and a slim 30mm-high design, making it an excellent choice for applications where dependable power and efficient use of space matter.

With output options from 3.3V to 48V, a wide 85–264VAC input range, remote ON/OFF control and built-in protection, the RSP-100 gives system designers plenty of flexibility without taking up unnecessary space.

The RSP-100 series provides up to 100W of output power, with a wide selection of output voltages:

Depending on the model, rated output power ranges from 66W to 102.6W, with rated currents from 2.1A up to 20A.

The RSP-100 measures approximately 179 × 99 × 30mm, giving you a compact, low-profile power supply that's easy to integrate into equipment where installation space is limited.

Its compact enclosure makes the RSP-100 a practical choice for control equipment, industrial electronics and other systems where a full-size power supply would be unnecessarily bulky.

Need to fine-tune the output? The RSP-100 provides an adjustable output voltage, with the available adjustment range depending on the model.

That means you can make small output-voltage adjustments to better match the requirements of your connected equipment rather than being restricted to a single fixed output value.

Efficiency varies by output model, reaching up to 88% on the specified versions. The RSP-100 also incorporates power-factor correction, with typical PF performance of >0.93 at 230VAC and >0.98 at 115VAC at full load.

The result is a power supply designed to make good use of incoming power while maintaining a compact form factor.

The RSP-100 also supports remote ON/OFF control, giving system designers the option to control the power supply externally rather than relying solely on the mains input.

The remote-control input is provided through the optional CN1 connector.

The RSP-100 includes built-in protection features designed to help protect both the power supply and your connected equipment.

Protection includes:

  • Overload protection
  • Over-voltage protection
  • Over-temperature protection

Overload protection uses constant-current limiting and automatically recovers once the fault condition is removed. Over-voltage protection shuts down the output and requires the unit to be re-powered, while over-temperature protection shuts down the output and automatically recovers once the temperature falls back within the specified range.
