When you need a little more power without giving up valuable cabinet space, the MEAN WELL HDR-60 is a great fit. This 60W ultra-slim step-shape DIN rail power supply combines a compact 52.5mm-wide housing with multiple output-voltage options from 5V to 48V.
Designed for simple, reliable integration, the HDR-60 uses free-air convection cooling, offers adjustable DC output voltage and includes built-in protection against short circuit, overload and over-voltage conditions.

The HDR-60 gives you plenty of flexibility with five output options:

At just 52.5 × 90 × 54.5mm, the HDR-60 keeps its footprint impressively compact.
The step-shape enclosure is designed for TS35/7.5 or TS35/15 DIN rails, making it easy to integrate into control cabinets and equipment where every millimetre counts.
The HDR-60 keeps things simple with free-air convection cooling, so there is no cooling fan to maintain.
It is designed to operate from -30°C to +70°C, with the usual output derating applied at higher ambient temperatures.
The HDR-60 includes built-in protection against the kinds of faults you don't want bringing down your system.
Protection includes:
- Short circuit
- Overload
- Over-voltage
The overload protection automatically recovers once the fault condition is removed, helping keep operation simple and dependable.
With efficiency of up to 93%, the HLG-100H is designed to make good use of the power going in.
And because it uses a fanless design, there’s no cooling fan generating noise or adding a moving part that can wear out.
The HDR-60 is designed for -30°C to +70°C operation and 20–90% RH non-condensing working humidity.
That gives it plenty of flexibility for installation inside equipment and control cabinets where temperature and environmental conditions can vary.
